Commercial Design, Development and Construction - Paradigm has personnel with over 100 combined years of experience in designing and constructing all types of standard commercial construction projects.  We can lead your design team, the design/build approach, saving you money on both the design and construction project, or be a valued member of a design team and lead the construction team.  We will use our industry leading web-based construction management software and our proprietary web-based construction information sharing software, Shareplans to efficiently lead the construction process.

Construction Management - Paradigm is using the latest in web-based estimating/project management, scheduling, job cost/billing and reporting software. In conjunction with our proprietary Shareplans web-based project document and plan sharing software, we are able to manage large and small projects with the ease of the Internet and e-mail.  Our goal is to facilitate the construction process for our clients and subcontractors, with the quickest response time in the construction industry.

"Building God's Way" - Working in conjunction with the nationally recognized Daniel Cook and Associates “Building God's Way” program to provide Christian schools and churches with a proven design and construction process that allows them to realize cost savings and best promote their ministry during the construction process.

SharePlans - Paradigm's proprietary, industry leading web-based project information and information distribution software.  Clients have project tracking information and pictures available online, unlike anything in the regional construction industry.  Subcontractors can be notified and with the access given to them, be able to download the latest drawing files for a particular project and also see the latest addendums, etc., giving them the ability to price projects for us.  They will also be able to easily submit RFI's and monthly draw requests for jobs they have successfully bid.

Cost Segregation Analysis - Paradigm coordinated with their CPA to establish a system to capture cost segregation information upfront in the construction process.  This is the best time to acquire this information to insure cooperation from subcontractors to provide the information, and it is the least costly time to capture it.  What this means to our clients is that we will provide you with information that you will be able to take to your CPA to accelerate your construction depreciation schedule with the IRS, saving you in income taxes.  Although it does cost money to accumulate this data, we need the information for many real estate development and investment projects we are constructing, and therefore have committed to provide this very valuable service at no cost to our clients who are able to use it.
